  2. warm sleeping bag
  3. small tent in the winter months
  4. warm, comfy clothing
  5. good shoes
  6. hat, headcloth
  7. small rucksack
  8. water bottle
  9. torch
  10. sun protection cream
  11. good physical and mental condition
